All aboard! You scramble onto the train, find a seat near the window. The whistle shrieks and the train begins it’s journey to the North Pole- to meet Santa Claus. Take your child on the journey of a lifetime. Railroads across the country are offering rides based on The Polar Express by Chris Van Allsburg, complete with a reading of the story. Other railroads offer “Santa Trains", where children can meet with the big man himself and enjoy a cup of steaming hot chocolate.
Call ahead to make reservations – these Santa adventures are really popular and sell out quickly. And don’t forget the camera!
